Hi
The cause of recurrent high fever if not associated with other symptoms may be very difficult to trace. In the 10 months child, given her fragility, and inability to converse, many symptoms that can orientate diagnosis may not be identified. However, it is most often of infectious origin and only a hemoculture(blood culture) can identify the cause.Antibiotherapy for such an infection however is always advised for at least 7 days.Since the baby is ok, i will advise you just observe. If fever starts again, you go to the Doctor and request for a hemoculture and sensitivity test. With this, the problem will be identified and objectively taken care of.
Hope my answer will help you
