I ve been having very unusual symptoms and a general unwell feeling (despite being very healthy). I have fat necrosis on my shins being investigated, fevers, trouble controlling my body temperature, swelling in my legs, occasional pains in my side, fatigue, hair loss and very dark rings under my eyes. I feel I m being paranoid but something doesn t feel right, all my bloods indicate I m fine only possible low grade anemia. Where to next?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As your blood tests are normal, I hope your liver, kidney and thyroid tests are also normal. I will recommend that you should undergo CT abdomen. Also undergo cardiac assessment, like BP levels besides chest X-ray and ecg. Mild anemia will not cause fever and swelling.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
