What Causes Recurrent Fever And An Altered Sense Of Smell?

Hi, A friend of mine has been experiencing frequent fevers in a random fashion since a very long time. Recently he s experiencing a bad breathe that smells like burnt plastic. He feels fatigue as well and the last time he went to the hospital, his bp was around 130. What could be the possible reason?

it can be diagnosed after some tests like chest x Ray ,tubercilin test and typhi dot test .
after their detail we can approach to the correct diagnosis.
