What Causes Recurrent Fever Despite Taking Clavam?

sir,my daughter is suffering from fever.3 weks ago fever was there and cured. now again fever since Saturday.fever comes on morning,afternoon and night. During fever headache is there and someties small cramping in abdomal. Doctor prescrived Clavam and PCM. 3 dozes taken each 5mg.But still fever is there in morning,afternoon and night. Pls advise

please get her investigated are there any other symptoms any loose motions or vomiting or rashes in the body i will suggest to get her stool tested if negative get her tested for dengue
