General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that she might be having viral infection and it takes few days to clear.
continue giving crocin medicine to get relief from fever.
If fever persisted more then there might be having possibility of bacterial infection.
Then go for complete blood testing like TC, DC etc.
At this time consult your doctor for examination and investigations.
Give her plenty of water and keep her well hydrated.
Ok and take care.
