What Causes Recurrent Heat Boils On Face?

hi I am getting heat boils two or three as a mandatory in a week .I am washing y face twice a day .i have oily face .i am using gohnson baby soap reason behind it is its mild .no creams ,cosemetics im using. every week ia m getting 2 to 4 boils in face .pls suggest me wat soap i can u use fr my oily skin .how i can prevent from heat boils. thanks

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurrent heat boils on face which occur because skin has increased sensitivity of getting infected and it is due to abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas. It could be due to hair follicle and bacterial infection as well. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash these areas daily with lukewarm water and body wash containing salicylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelaic acid which is good for pimples. Apply topical antibacterial ointment. Maintain complete hygiene of that area. Take diet rich in multivitamins. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocycline, steroid ointment.
