What Causes Recurrent Heaviness In Left Ear With Some Throat Irritation?

I have this recurrent heaviness in the left ear with some throat irritation restricted more to the left. Also it is associated with a swelling at the left mandibular area. It feels like a node. Infact, I thought it was the Left Parotid. It resolved once with Augmenting when it first happened. It had happened again now.
