hi im a 30 yr old woman with recurrent pancreatis. my gi drs cant seem to find a cause.. im taking creon 24 3 x a day, and a low fat diet and no added sugar.. the last acute attack i had i had hemmoragic gastrophy due to the pancreatitis. so also taking protonix. pain is consistant but varies in degree... not sure what to do
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. But take care about your health. Take fat-soluble vitamins if necessary. Take iron tablets with calcium supplements.
Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. A low-fat diet, continue Creon tablet. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
