What Causes Recurrent Seizures And Headaches In A Child?

Hi, I have a question about my son that is 5 yrs. old. he has had several seizures over the course of 3 years. have had MRI and found nothing. he gets pale, lethargic and complains that his head hurts in the middle of his forehead and that he s hot., I asked him and said his head is hot , but no fever. There is a history of febrile seizures -father when younger., but our son is not always running a fever. we noticed that it sometimes occurs after he watches a fast paced video game. One time it happened he didn t jerk around and laid there, stopped breathing, turned blue and peed on his self. It was so scary I thought I had lost him. after about a minute he came back around, he could hear me but couldn t see me. another time., he did jerk and didn t urinate. I know that look in his eyes, that something is coming, just like tonight. I gave him ibuprofen and cool washcloths and luckily he was ok. said he was hot but no fever. could the ibuprofen somehow have shrunk some swelling of some sort? we ve been to the neurologist and based on the history, they said it must be febrile seizures. Been to ER 4 times and this last time I asked to get an MRI and it showed nothing he had the same head pain, complained of being hot, but threw up this time, was also pale in color..I m confused and scared. Where do I go from here?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
I am really sorry to hear about your child's pain.
Based on the symptoms u provided and based on history,i recommend u to also rule out any causes due to heart ( cardiovascular) anomalies.
Get a 2d echo and a complete blood picture and consult a paediatrician.
Hope this helps.
