General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

High fever, vomiting & tremors(shaking) in a child of four years of age should not be neglected. It can be warning signs of a seizure. Seizure may occur due to infection or fever, some developing pathology in the brain, hereditary, maternal illness during pregnancy, reaction to the medicines, etc. You are suggested to get your child clinically examined by a Pediatrician. Get all necessary tests done. Get the pathology detected. Get him treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
