General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

- Indigestion due to over eating, under eating or digestive deficiency needs to be examined for
- I would suggest to get examined and investigated for irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerance (gluten, lactose)
Self care is to eat small servings every 3 hours rather than eating full twice a day. Take over the counter digestive preparation like Vitazyme. Please consult a gastroenterologist for more specific treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
