Ive been struggling with whiteheads since january. I currently use proactiv plus and sulfur as a spot treatment. I treat the whiteheads for at least 2 weeks before it starts to look better but then i stay clear like 3 days and BAM! There it comes again. What should i do to avoid getting acne specially whiteheads. Im 25 years old
Hello dear I share your concern At your age acne is a common problem which develops due to blockage in sebum secreting glands, it gets accumulated within the glands and manifest as acne and when infected turns into whiteheads.

Meanwhile wash it with antiseptic soap or solution and keep if moist. Please don't press it or puncture it.
