General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If I were your treating doctor I would like suggest you that Apply a warm, wet washcloth to the area around that. Apply a small dose of castor oil to the pimple. I suggest you apply antibiotics and anti-fungal ointment apply locally. Use a gentle soap and a washcloth to rinse the area around the pimple. I also suggest you use Cotton underwear and maintain good hygiene.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arup Majumdar, General & Family Physician
