What Causes Recurring Bouts Of Fever And Body Pain

My son 30 has had recurring bouts of fever body aches diahorrea and vomiting since a holiday in Rome about two years ago where he contracted food poisoning. I m wondering if this could be because of a bug he has picked up and still has not gotten rid of.

Hello I suggest that you have some blood test done to check whether he has contracted a viral infection and just be sure.
I suggest that you visit a nearest ER for same.
