What Causes Recurring Dizzy Spells And Pain In The Feet?

I am a 53 year old female (5"3" and 135lbs). Recently I am having an increasing number of syncope/dizzy periods lasting from a couple minutes to 30 minutes. I thought it was probably due to my inner ear disorder, but now I am wondering if my cervical spinal stenosis and osteophyte at C4 might be contributing. For 27 years I have been a registered nurse and have overcome 2 diskectomies with stabilizations at C5-7. I also am having severe pain in my feet at times for no reason. Are they related? Should I just get a physical?
