What Causes Recurring Eye Allergies?

Hi, I have had eye allergies for many years. Doctors always prescribe a steroid cream or liquid. I also have had Candida for many years and am wondering if the eye allergy is a yeast allergy as well. If so, the steroid will just make the irritation worse. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Outdoor allergens, such as pollens from grass, trees and weeds. Indoor allergens, such as pet dander, dust mites and mold.

Irritants, such as cigarette smoke, perfume, and diesel exhaust are Eye Allergy Triggers.

Steroids are an integral part of management as they suppress the immunological response and the symptoms subside.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
