What Causes Recurring Headaches And Fever?

Hi, I m just trying to find possible reasons for my frequent illnesses. In 2013 I developed headaches/migraines occurring multiple times/month. These progressed overtime until I had headaches all day every day that would flare up at least once a day to the point of auras/nausea/light sensitivity. My daily average pain level was about a 5 or 6/10. It has improved to staying around a 1 or 2/10 with a flare up about 1x/week. In 2014 I was seeing a neurologist who tried Topamax and nortriptylene. The nortriptylene didn t help. The Topamax worked for awhile, but I lost too much weight on it and he couldn t up the dose and the 50mg dose wasn t effective anymore. MRI was clear except for mild chronic sinusitis. After that I tried accupuncture which helped and I think has helped keep me in a lower pain level. The neurologist also diagnosed mild Carpal Tunnel at that time. May of 2016 I came down with a bad cold: fevers/chills/aches/congestion. I developed a UTI towards the end of it. Took Cipro. Developed my first yeast infection. Also came down with pink eye after. For about 2 weeks after this cold I could raise my right arm more than 90 degrees. It was stiff and so painful. I ve had joint issues before-usually my knees that would give out or get swollen. July 2016 I developed another cold with similar symptoms but worse than the one in May. Then got another yeast infection and pink eye again. I went to my PCP; we have tested for lyme and only 3 bands came back positive. Parvo came back positive in the past. Results of anemia and elevated CRP. I ve had 2 more yeast infections since. End of October 2016 I got another cold which the left over congestion and cough is ongoing. Each cold has endured a week or longer. I ve been extremely fatigued for years where I struggle to keep my eyes open, but yet I have some insomnia at night where it can take me an hour or more to fall asleep. I still end up getting between 6 to 9 hours per night. My body always is achy, especially my back, neck and knees. I have easy bruising often without a known cause. I m 5 6, 140lbs, 25y/o F. My PCP has kind of given up on further actions after the anemia. We retested after a month where I was supposed to take a supplement, but I just really upped my iron rich foods and took an iron supplement about 4 times. The following test came back with a high alert level of iron so my PCP just wants me to retest in a couple more months. What else could be going on?
