General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to stress. The headache can be related to tension type headache. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I also suggest to take a multivitamin supplement and follow a healthy lifestyle. I recommend to sleep well, eat healthy and drink liquids.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
