What Causes Recurring Herpes On Lips?

I HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY HERPIS ON MY LIPS ON SEVERAL TIMES, THIS ATTACK STARTED AROUND 4 YEARS AGO. FROM LAST 4 MONTHS, I HAVE NOT BEEN ATTACKED BUT AS I HAVE TO MARRY IN NEXT 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE SCARS OF HERPIS ON LIPS WHICH I AM UNABLE TO CURE. USED MEGLAIN A LOT AND ALSO TAKEN HOMEOPATHY MEDICINE BUT ALL WORTHLESS. PLEASE HELP ME. I AM 27 YEARS MALE.
