What Causes Recurring Infected Bumps On Vagina?

Hi I'm 20 years old, 153 cm height, 49 kg weight. I had sex more than two years ago but now, I'm not sexually active but I do play with myself sometimes (if you know what I mean). I have two pimple-like bumps with blood and pus in it which I saw few days after I had my period. I've had these for almost a week now. It is sore and pops out on its own sometimes. Sometimes, the bumps are small and sometimes large which is like a pea size. I've had this before, maybe more than a year ago which disappeared on its own. But now, it got worse. cos its sore and have pus and blood. I'm worried about what it is and I haven't seen a doctor about it. I'm wondering what could it be. I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis and was prescribed a stat Metronidazole. My vaginal discharge lessened after I took my medication and had brownish urine for two days or so after that which I think is because of the medication.
