General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If there is no obvious physical cause for her symptoms then she should be assessed by her doctor.

She may require physical examination along with blood tests such as complete blood count (to rule out anemia and infection), ESR (looks for inflammation in the body), thyroid function tests (to rule out low thyroid hormone levels).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
