What Causes Recurring Lumps And Bruises On The Body?
I ve had 3 bruises with no injury they just showed up then a day or t we offer a lump the bruise goes away but the lump st as ya for weeks, this Friday a red bruise showed up on my hand ag as in no injury, Sunday a large hard lump showdown up and it to hurts to touch what do you think getting scared

1. As there is no history of injury/trauma, thus following could be the possibilities which one should evaluate after regular check up with his physician:
i. nutritional deficiency: of Vitamin K and C, Zinc, iron deficiency anemia, ii.use of certain medications like: pain killers,steroids iii. low platelet count and increased bleeding time iv. ageing
2. A full medical evaluation [complete blood count] is necessary to determine the exact cause and further line of treatment.
