Hello dear
Understand your concern
Abortion should be manage by consulting the gynecologist under the advice and supervision of gynecologist. Abortion process like bleeding more than period and cramp will start with in 1 hour and complete in 4-6 days.
But in your case there is no sign of abortion. Gynecologist advice to give extra dose of abortion pill to induce the abortion. If abortion will not induce after extra dose then it should be terminate by D & C/evacuation. Post abortion USG should be advisable to confirm complete process of abortion after 14 days of starting abortion pill.

Nose bleeds may be due to high progesterone in pregnancy that dilate the blood vessels and risk of bleeding in some women during pregnancy.
Abortion pill can cause uterine contraction that increase the intra abdominal pressor and that again increase chance of nose bleeds.
I manage nose bleeds in my practice by giving following advice:
1. Sit down, pinch your nose just above nostrils for 15-20 minutes
2. Relive after 15 minutes and again after 5 minutes pinch it again till the bleeding stops
3. Take breath through mouth.
4. Do not blow through nose
5. Apply cold pack on your nose: it constricts your nose blood vessels
6. Do not lie down flat and avoid strenuous exercise like weight lifting.
7. If note resolved you should take vitamin K injection should be given

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
