What Causes Recurring Pain In The Chest Radiating To The Left Arm?

Hi and welcome to HCM.
This may indicate specific heart ischemic issues such as angina pectoris or heart arrithmias and this should be definitely evaluated by cardiologist and you need to do at least ECG, heart ultrasound and ergometry. Also, you should check your blood pressure and regulated body mass, avoid smoking. Wish you good health. Regards
