Tiny red spots appear on penile shaft only after have unprotected sex and they disappear on own, they aren t painful or itchy they don t not blister. Been tested multiple times, with the same partner who is also clean and tested. Dermatologist said it is dermatitis or yeast. Has given my nystatin and hydrocortisone 2.5 the hydrocortisone when I get them heals it almost over night. Why does this keep reoccurring with my partner ?
