General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Tingling, burning nerve pain from the level waist down the leg indicates possible nerve compression at the level of lower spinal cord usually Lumbar region. The lumbar lordosis, spondylosis, bamboo spine, ankylosis and other disorders may be responsible for the same. If the X-ray of lower lumbo sacral spine is available, it would be much worthy to evaluate the symptoms in accordance to that.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
