What Causes Red Blistery Bumps On The Hands And Arm?

My husband has red blistery bumps on his hands/arm. They come out in small clusters and initially as soon as a cluster crusted and disappeared, more would reappear somewhere else. They have appeared on fingers and arms and has been going on for a couple of months now. Any thoughts?

Dear; thanks for using our service. I reviewed the question in detail and will give you my medical advise. Your husband can have an allergic or atopic dermatitis. It can be due to any chemicals,gloves or just environmental. He can try benadryl cream if itches or use an aveno moisturizer .Avoid latex material because it is very allergenic. If it doesn't improve, go to the dermatologist.
