What Causes Red Bruise Inside Arm Radiating Into Wrist And Elbow?

I have a large bruise that's appeared on the inside of my arm. It runs from my wrist to the inside of my elbow. It's looks very red in colour and as far as I can remember I haven't done anything to cause it but every time I go to the gym I'm always in agony after it. What could have caused it/ why has it suddenly appeared

Hello, Welcome to HCM. It may be started with subdermal infection due to perspiration & under the hair bed infection.which may extend to your condition. All you need to do is take Cap.Doxycycline 100 mg & Tab.COMBIFLAM twice a day for 5 days . Hope It will cure. Take care.
