What Causes Red Bumps On Body Along With Low Blood Pressure?
Hi I am an Optometrist who had a patient yesterday. She has red bumps all over her body. States that sh has low blood pressure,however her arteries in her eyes are narrowed to 1/3 there normal size,and her veins are extended to twice normal. Also,she has peripheral field loss. I referred her to an emergency room. Any thoughts, heart valve trouble??

It can be hypertensive retinopathy. it can cause such symptoms. Red bumps on the body. However, indicate some kind of skin affliction.
