Hello, You are suffering from red rash on your butt cheek. It is hot and blotchy. Applying hydrocortisone ointment is also helpful, it reduces itching and discomfort. You are suggested to avoid touching it. Do not scratch or pick. Take care of your hygiene and control your carbs intake and avoid sugary products intake for better healing. You can apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer liberally to the affected, itchy, dry skin. It can be indicative of boil, blisters, carbuncles caused due to contact / atopic dermatitis, jock itch or medical conditions are herpes and shingles, etc. Get clinically examined by a GP, if it is a carbuncle it will be treated with a course of Augmentin. If needed it can be drained and antiseptic dressing done. Jock itch if detected will be treated with antifungal ointment or antifungal medicines orally. Get STD tests done , if positive, you will be treated with antivirals and antibiotics. Taking antihistamines is equally effective. Stay away from addictions if any. Take care.
