What Causes Red Eye White Some White Stuff On It?
Yesterday, i woke up with a red eye that was closed by some sort of white stuff. Since yesterday morning, my eye hasn't been itching or watering. There is a red rim around the iris and some blood vessels are very red. What could it be, and what should i do?

It seems from the history that you are having red eyes.
Red eyes indicate inflammatory conditions of eye like conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis or simple hyperemia.
Since you are not having any symptoms like itching, pain.... it can be a simple hyperemia of conjunctiva and it may respond to decongestant eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
