What Causes Red Mark On Arm?

Hi, I have a red mark that appeared on my arm almost a week ago, it does not itch or hurt, I just happened to notice it while bathing. It is still on my arm and is beginning to concern me. It still does not hurt/is fairly flat but it is very pink and there is a smaller pink spot next to it as well.

I really appreciate your concern, because of the injury such skin lesion take place it may be due to some microvascular bleeding and it is nothing to worry because it will be fine soon and if is some skin disease then it may need some treatment if does not vanished local steroid can be tried, and best would be "Beclomethasone cream" hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
