What Causes Red Raised Lines On The Skin In The Upper Rib Cage Area?

I woke up with 4 red raised lines on my skin in the upper rib cage area. I had buccal Carcinoma in situ surgery 3 weeks age. By the time surgery was over I had an increase in swollen lymph nodes. Last night I had a very sharp pain in my lower to mid back( waist level) Maxillofacial surgeon saud he would monitor the lymph nodes. A hot red pouch hung down from my chin 2.5 weeks ago. Now gone but area is sore. My Sister had lymphoma years ago.
I had a strongyloides infection last year when I returned from Mongolia.

I had intense neck and shoulder pain and vibratin feelings a lot last summer. Even seizure like tremors in my scalp.

Was exposed to bed bug spray last Spring.

Don't feel good. Several respiratory infections this past 15 month period.

Will see an infectious disease doctor Wed.
What could be going on with me?
