What Causes Red Rashes Around The Anal Region?

I am having red rashes more like blistes on and around my anal regoin. it has been going on for about 5 days now. It has made walki, sitting or even lying down on my back very difficult. Passing stool is extremely painful as well. I have taken antibiotics and also applied anti bacteial creams but nothing is happening. Could you please help. Is it HSV 2
