What Causes Red Rashes On The Right Arm And Chest?
I have a rash with about 10 red spots on my right arm and right side of my chest. The spots may sting a slight bit when I touch them. I thought the first one might be a pimple but various other spots appeared on my arm, thumb and chest where I haven t ever had any pimple breakouts.

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction.
I suggest you use antihistamines such as Levocetirizine.
I also recommend using steroid lotion for local relief.
Cool showers can also be helpful.
