Im 15, never had sex and have red dots on the under side of my penis that hair grows from it's on the shaft they are small painless and do not itch they been there for atleast 3 years and are always there. I also notice even smaller black dots on the crown of my penis (above the shaft but under the head of it) I was wondering what they are and how/ if I could get ride of these. Please help!
