What Causes Red Spots On Chest With SGPT 47?

hello sir, my 1 year old son suffering from red spot on chest & shoulder from last one month.I visit to dermatologist, he checked CBC & SGPT. SGPT is 47,slighted eleveted.They told its internal body heat.is there any serious problem with skin or lever? pls reply.

In this case, considering the age group SGPT is not on the higher side. What about the CBC report? What was the platelet count? Also is there bleeding from any site. If the child on examination is completely symptomatic then we should wait and watch for the course of this red spots.
