I have a circle of red spots on the roof of my mouth. I'm being treated by an ENT physician for a strange smell in my nose & taste in my mouth. First had a z-pack, not some rinse with 3 medicines that I squirt in my nose in a shot-gun approach seeing if it's abbacterial or a fungus infection. The circle showed up when I started the nasal rinse///
As per your complain the circle of red small bumps over the roof of mouth which have occurred immediately after you started using nasal spray can be due to allergic reaction to the drug present in the spray and allergic reaction is causing formation of bumps.. You should consult your treating physician and get evaluated and in case of allergic reaction he can change the nasal spray with other sprays that contain different drug.. You can also take anti-allergic medication like Levocetrizine or fexofenadine [allegra] for reducing the bumps. Gargle with warm saline water and also 1:1 solution of benadry and milk of magnesia will help.. Cold compresses or sucking ice can also help by reducing inflammation..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
