Hi. I have noticed red spots/ bumps on the way back of my 2yr olds tounge. I have looked online and it looks like circumvallate papillae. The causes that it states she has none. She is not sick, no injuries, no leasions. Nothing. She has been grinding her teeth a lot lately (maybe trying to itch it) and wiping her tounge. Is this common? Are there things I need to do if she does infact have it?
