What Causes Red Spots With Pain And Itching On Arm?
sir, i have big red spots on my arms for about 4-5 years but there is no pain aur itching. The spots are not permanent and appear darker in winters and look like blood clots under the skin. There is also a sign of growth. I refered many doctors but they are not getting what these red spots are. Will you pls help me in getting what these spots are.
