What Causes Red Vaginal Discharge And Back Pain After An Hysterectomy?

Good Evening I am a 44 year old female. I had a USO in 2011. The surgeon decided against doing a complete hysterectomy because my bowels and uterus was intertwined with the endometriosis. So he decided to take both ovaries and Fallopian tubes. About a month ago i noticed a pink ting when wiping and last week i noticed a darker more pronounced red when wiping. I have had pressure in my back that has been continuous since and having cramping sensations also. My doctor did a series of blood work last week. And since i have noticed the pressure getting more intense. Could you help with directing me in a direction.
