It is true that fatigue may be because of overexercising combined with
dehydration.
You need to take following measures
-Have water or fluid with electrolytes before,during and after exercise.Maintain adequate intake of water minimum 8-10 glasses of water for the rest of the day.
-Take gaps between two sets of exercises while workout.Have atleast 2 rest days in a week fir helping muscles recover.Exercise in cooler environment or in early morning.
-You also need to pay attention to your diet.Diet must include dairy,green leafy vegetables,fruits ,nuts and whole grain cereals.
Multivitamin and calcium supplementation may be started.Many a times there deficiency is manifeseted as fatigue.
-Minimum 8 hours sound sleep is necessary.
-Temporary
tiredness may also be due to viral flu.In this case,you may have rest for 2-3 days.
-If the symptoms persists for long,certain blood tests may be necessary to rule out endocrinological problems like
diabetes,
thyroid,anaemia.
