What Causes Redness On The Foreskin?

I have redness on my foreskin and gland for the last month! went to doctor and got canesten cream. did not help. Went to second doctor and got pevisone. No improvement after one week!,! The redness comes and goes. I am usually very clean ! I was tested for diabetes but I do not suffer from that!

Are you able to retract your foreskin over glans penis ?

The redness of the glans and foreskin is mostly due to infection (Ballano-Posthatitis).

Consult qualified Urologist or Genarl surgeon for clinical examination .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.and topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
