What Causes Redness On The Scrotum When Diagnosed With Rosacea?
Hi a few years ago i developed pernomal dematits or rosacea. I have used creams and antibiotics with minimal results. The other day i also noticed the right side of my scrotum is red and dry. Could this be linked and what could it all be? What treatments would help?

I don't think that a red and hard scrotum is related to rosacea. It may be related to epididymitis.
You should do a urine analysis. Probably you need to be treated with antibiotics.
