What Causes Reduced Blood Pressure Along With Loss Of Hearing?

I was being treated for high blood pressure, but now the monitor is saying I average 90/40 and I feel terrible. I am 64 years old and have loss all the hearing in my right side ears. The left is around 50%. This is after i have been to the ER twice in the last month and both facilities have taken EKG s, chest ex-rays, blood work, and once an ultrasound on my swollen left foot. I walk around like a drunk and have fell to the floor more than four (hard) times since this developed. My sister (two years older) was diagnosed with Menieres disease in 1998. The MRI taken last week, told the doctor that it might be related to the mastoid bone. My mother had an issue with this and had to have an operation back when she was pre teenager. She passed in 2010.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you are overtaking anti-hypertensive drugs or your kidneys aren't working properly. Also, Meniere's disease is possible. Do a total blood count and biochemical blood balance.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
