What Causes Reduced Blood Pressure Level In The Nights While On Lisinopril?

I am on 20mg of Lisinopril twice a day. My BP stays normal during the day but around 9:00 PM before I take my second pill it is low (106/49; 96/46). I take my BP later in evening. If it is higher I am now cutting pill in half. When it is low I get very light headed. YYYY@YYYY . Thank you

Hi,

Please make sure that you talk to your physician regarding this because you should not take the medicine if the blood pressure falls below a particular level.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
