What Causes Relapsing-remitting Stomach Pain?

Hi,
Since this morning I have been having little pain on the bottom right side of my stomach. It wasn't much this morning but now it's like a sharp shooting pain just keeps coming and going, the only other symptom I have is my body feels a bit warm. What can this be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Your symptoms are more suggestive of colitis, but appendicitis has to be ruled out by doing :
Clinical examination by a Doctor / Surgeon preferably.
WBC count
ultrasound examination of abdomen.

A proper course of antibiotic with metronidazole should solve the problem.
Id appendicitis is present , please go for surgery of appendectomy.
