in 18 months last about 9 times i have suffered from fever.. i.e two months after i fall in fever..! i have tested blood for dengue, malaria and many others but i have found it normal.. when i go to doctor they they prescript cefixim, cefrofloxin and paracetamol.. but 2 months after i fall again in fever. what can i do now?
Hello As you mentioned that in last 18 months you have fever 9 times and normal for dengue , malaria many others ?but fever is present ( according to you ) , so you must be investigated for possible other reasons , these includes. 1 Typhoid fever , usually low grade fever present so get in Widal test as well serology test for confirmation. 2 Tuberculosis is the another most common cause , so get in X ray chest as well as blood for C B C , E S R ( if very >100 mm suggestive of tuberculosis ,in my opinion ,however many doctor don't accept this ). 3 Hepatitis is another such cause so get in HBASG examination . There are so many other reasons and question to be asked , so consult a physician and get his opinion.
