Well im concern with my dads health, he started repeating himself, and jis an hour ago he got up and was trying to pee everywhere in the house, he was saying that he was in the bathroom every time i tried to help,and correct him, also saying that hes not crazy, should i call the ER?

These symptoms should not be ignored. it may occur mostly with some damage to the brain, (like infection or stroke) there are a lot more causes for it, (like drugs, alcohol,trauma, infection) however if it is of sudden onset your should not ignore it, I would advise you take him or call to the ER, though it may be some times with minor things in old age but sinister causes should always looked for.
