Hello, , please I have this right side abdominal inflammation and fullness without pain, but suddenly I started realizing some kind of sharp pain at the right side of my abdomen below my rib cage, tjebpain gets triggered when I bend down or laying down, or even wearing my skirts on the abdomen, I feel the pain the pain doesn t last longer it comes and go
Hi. Thanks for your query. There are many reason one can get pain like this. The most probable causes are:: Gall bladder stones liver abscess kidney problem on the same side large bowel on the same side having a problem of stricture or so. I would advise in such a patient the following:: Ultrasonography- this can diagnose most of the things I mentioned. Related blood and urine and stool tests. Colonoscopy if the above tests are negative. The treatment will essentially depend upon the proper diagnosis.
